I fell in love with rhythmic cycling amidst the pandemic, after taking a class in Shanghai. I loved the lights, the work out, the music and the energy - and have since attended more than a few hundred classes across different cities. Naming a few of my favorite studios in cities I’ve frequented 💖

My all time favorite studio - and my home turf holy grail. I go to Psycle several times most weeks, mostly because I love the range the instructors provide - there’s something for everyone. With a mix of 45 and 60 minute classes, occasional themed classes, and different music styles on offer, you can also opt to focus more on speed, endurance or resistance/strength. Psycle is the one stop shop for all your rhythmic spin needs, decked out with lights, dark rooms, and nice studio amenities.
